Our
factory is situated in Vorsterkroon, Nigel and has been in existence
for more than 40 years, providing employment for over 68 employees.
We pride ourselves in manufacturing springs and wire forms at competitive
prices without compromising quality. All springs and wire forms manufactured
in our automatic or hand-work section are subjected to quality
control in a modern testing environment, in accordance with
our documented quality management system. Further to the above
we are aiming to achieve the ISO 9002 standard in the near future.

diameters ranging from 0,15mm to 18mm. Our professional staff
can help design a spring that suites your particular temperature,
load, corrosion, and spring life criteria. Spring manufacturing is a highly specialised task and our spring software can design and draw any spring with loads and usage analyses. We have our own tool-workshop
and equipment for various treatments and finishes. Our company
specializes in engineering the manufacture of springs and wire forms requiring
high levels of precision. |
